Who uses our service

We offer help to people who may feel they can no longer cope by themselves and who may be:-

• depressed, anxious or confused;
• having difficulty in relating to others;
• dissatisfied with work, relationships or life in general;
• suffering from the effects of experiences in childhood;
• feeling inadequate or insecure.

Our services are normally available to anyone over the age of 16.
